So lately my mood swings are giving me whiplash. It's been all about the extremes, but, I need to find a "balance" ASAP. There are a lot of people (family) around now and I don't wanna be affected by everything. What can I do to become numb as quickly as possible?

Any antipsychotic will give you the feeling of numbness. Try Zyprexa, that's what I take.

Exactly. Medication is the best way to numb emotions and feelings.
