Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm very afraid of pain, and I really need to understand how painful SN is. Sorry if this is a common question.

From what I understand it varies from person to person and it depends on what you consider painful. it''s not painful in the traditional sense as far as I'm aware but it can be very uncomfortable like having a strong headache or heavy nausea with vomiting and a feeling that you need air but can't get it. The recommended protocol calls for things like anti emetics to help with vomiting and meds to help with nausea but I'm not sure how much they make a difference. I'm not an expert so there might be some other stuff but those are the main things I have heard about. I have SN myself but I am scared to take it for this reason. I know some people who survived and said they didn't remember feeling too bad, but you never know how it's going to affect you until you take it.

In any case, thank you for your response, it's very useful. I think this thread can be used precisely for people to share information on this topic.

There have been so many recent threads on this topic. So very many! I do hope everyone chimes in to share all their thoughts & stories again, or if you have a search bar (you may not yet) you can find & read them all! However, your first reply got it right, reports are mixed, so we don't exactly know.
