How often do you do hygiene tasks?

I'm curious what other people will say. I'm posting here cause I have no where else to talk to fellow depressed humans. I definitely dont do hygiene tasks often enough. I usually do it all at once about every 4 days, which includes shower, brush teeth, wash face, and sometimes shave.

I used to rarely shower. Maybe once or twice every month. I didnt brush my teeth for maybe 3 months to half a year at a time... let dishes sit in the sink for days... laundry was a 2 month thing... it was partly due to my moods and partly due to lack of energy from an injury id say. Now I shower daily and brush my teeth twice a day. It's not easy and it takes some effort and getting used to but it's doable. I started with maybe once a week and worked my way up to every other day. Then every day. I enjoy taking my morning shower and brushing my teeth at night after I have a cup of tea these days. It still takes some work to maintain, but the self-esteem of being clean and presentable when I go out for something like grocery shopping (lol) is worth it.
Showering- every day, usually at night before I go to bed
Shampoo- I try to do this once every other day but sometimes I can go over a week because my hair gets oily so easily that it feels hopeless to try
Shaving- once every few days, sometimes weeks but it never gets too noticeable either way
Brushing teeth- almost never except when I'm about to go to something important but luckily I never really get cavities
I shower daily, some times more than once a day, every time for 20+ minutes, with soap and shampoo, then conditioner, and I finish off with body cream.
Then I clean my body with wet wipes whenever I feel unclean during the day, I'm kinda obsessive about cleaning myself.
My teeth hygiene could be better, but I try to do it once every day.
My apartment may be an absolute mess, but at least I'm always fresh and clean lol.
I used to be very clean and obsessive about hygiene and self care. I enjoyed it a lot. Now that I'm severely depressed and ill I may take 1 or 2 showers a week, change my clothes every 3-4 days. Shave like once a month. Wash my mouth 1 once a day if I remember but some days I forget. I'm grossed out at myself. I also eat like shit now. I went from very healthy habits to the worst one can imagine.

I kinda feel like my appearance is the only thing I haven't lost that appeals to people (I'm absolutely not social, funny, referential or anything else I used to pride myself on) so if I know my occasional flatmate is coming home/bringing people, I'll go full hog making sure I'm clean and 'pretty'. Simply because my behaviour is so odd now that smelling of perfume or having straight hair is absolutely essential so people overlook how hunched and weird I act,
I take a shower almost everyday because of a weird thing.
Everytime I have to teach an online lesson if I feel or am dirty, I feel as if the other person could feel it too, as if they were next to me so, I try to be as clean as possible haha.
I bathe 3 times a week, shave every day, trim my goatee every 3 days, change my clothes every 2 days, change keks and socks every day and clean my dentures every night! My dog has a bath every 2nd Saturday! I may be a mentally ill Nut but I'm a clean Nut! I also do a lot of laundry lol!

When I was young I used to take a shower maibe two times for day(in the morning, and in the night) but even so I had a sensation of be smelling all the time... Maibe the problem was my deodorant. I really felt bad and shame all the time.

I take a bath and wash my hair every second day and brush my teeth daily. Even though I lack any motivation to do it, I can't stand the feeling of being dirty.
I shower every two or three days if i have to get out, i wash my teeth when I remember usually good days i just brush them once and bad days, well when I am grossed out enough.

Every day, usually twice. I love being shower and taking care of my hair and skin. Feels good to me even when I'm too tired and apathetic to do anything else. Relaxing for me.
I had a few years when I would only do my teeth once a week when I was heavily alcohol dependant, now I brush once a day but it takes effort, and bathe about every 4 days like you.i do trim my fingernails regular, but maybe as I have a nervous scratch.
I shower as little as I can get away wiv so like 2 or 3 max a week. I wash my hair once a week. I have recently started washing my face and brushing my teeth twice a day tho. Cuz my skin gets so dry and itchy if I don't and I don't want messed up teeth to add to my problems. It's hard to keep a routine, but I drag my self up and do it. Even tho I do wonder wat the point is.
