Hi I'd like to know how many grams for sn of a person of 330lbs. I thought of taking 30 about. But is that enough? I measured w tablespoons. 1 table spoon is about 15 grams.

Does using more increase the risk of throwing up though? I'm 350 and wondering the same thing about my weight, but if I throw it all up, I'll fail.If you throw up you'll need to redose. Have a separate vase containing smaller amounts of SN for replenishment. Problem fixed.
