I'm about 140 lbs I think I'll take 25g in 100ml water. In the meto instructions they said 10mg every 8 hours for 48 hrs, but that regimen is for 15g of SN. If I'm taking 25g of SN should I increase my meto amount accordingly?

That shouldn't be a problem if you take anti-emetics. I would also follow the 48hr regimen. Somebody came back here unsuccessful because they only took the stat dosage and they didn't take Tagamet.

I weigh less than 100 pounds but I found out that the sn I have is apparently only 95% pure. Would 20 grams still be enough or too much in my case?

15-20g is what is recommended, but that's if the purity is more than 98%. I've seen some on here say that they're going to take 25g, but I'm not sure if that would be overkill or not. 20-25g should suffice given the purity level.
