How much of a deal breaker is my situation?

I can't work and am on disability for mental illness.
I rent a room while being in my 30s. I have a decent car. I have no friends. I guess I have one I talk to sometimes but he left the state. I'm reasonably attractive and look like I'm in my 20s.
