I just drank 100ml of water with 25g of table salt and had no problem with the taste. Drank it all at once. I was just wondering if anyone knows how much saltier would sn be? Should I no longer be worried about the taste? Thank you.

I'm not sure how much saltier it is than regular salt but from what i've heard it's a lot more tolerable than N..

What I've read people say about it after they drank SN is something like, "It was salty as heck" and "tasted like sea water". Seems it's pretty bad but obviously you'll have to find someone to try what you just did, and then talk to them in the window of time you have after they took the SN, to get a real opinion.

Really the taste probably isn't the main thing to be concerned with when going with the SN. Although considering at least one guide has the water at half that (making what you did more dilute), generally salt has a tendency of burning. I know when relatives gave me salted popcorn, but the bottom of the bowl, where it was a sea of salt, it burnt eating a handful of popcorn/salt mix.

But... everyone's different too. So what one person may experience, may not be another person's. I just wanted to mention these small things offhand.

Please be sure to flush with a lot of water, and electrolytes if you have them. This much table salt can actually kill you.

Electrolyte drinks have sodium in them.

I think someone wrote recently it felt (just) slightly less salty. May be on par?

It's salty but it is also a bit bitter. I personally think that the main problem isn't about how salty it is, but how the bitterness makes the whole experience very unpalatable.

Why are we over here getting sn if that's true?

SN has a different taste than table salt. It's a little sweeter in my opinion, but also salty.

I kept SN in my mouth without ingesting. That was salty like sea water. Not very bad.
Then I washed my mouth.

I think it's the same. SN is NaNo2 and common salt is NaCl, the salty element in both cases is sodium (Na).
