how much alcohol to drink after N

I was thinking of washing down the N with 1 ish shot of liquor. I'm assuming that any more than this might increase chances of vomiting?

I think I'll do similar, just one shot. Do you drink regularly? If you have a strong stomach, something more might work. But I think one shot will be enough to cover the taste of N a bit. The absorption of N in the stomach is already accelerated by Meto, so alcohol is not absolutely necessary. I'm definitely not going to drink more than one shot so I don't throw up.

I don't drink regularly but I plan on drinking more frequently within the weeks leading up to my death. I would say that I have a "strong stomach" because I can drink a lot of alcohol on an empty stomach and not get sick or anything but I obviously don't want to risk it!! I think 1 is probably a good idea.

Why would you want drink more alcohol the weeks before? You can build up tolerance and N works less good.

N hits you quickly, almost instantaneously, so you'd not have much time to have multiple drinks. A shot, yeah....maybe 2. Again, have to act quickly - N wastes no time.

The alcohol is only suggested to take away the bitter taste of N. Dignitas uses chocolate. It's not needed to potentiate N. And having a few drinks in the days leading up to the event won't affect the result.

That's what I thought too - drinking once or twice isn't going to significantly increase your tolerance to a massive barbiturate overdose.
I thought that the PPH did say that it was useful for both taste and potentiation though? Either way, I'll just drink a bit.
