Help How many liters of helium would one need to peacefully CTB?

I've just purchased a helium tank of 106 liters with 99.99% purity from a site. I'm wondering if I'll need more or if this is enough...

I'd say at least 400 Liters.
PPH says 15 L/m. Probably for 15 minutes of time.
