How likely is an OD in a hotel to cause enough noise for a neighbor to hear?

Do you believe whatever noise an opioid od causes could alert someone next door to then help you out?

If you're worried about noise, just tell the front desk clerk that you're a light sleeper and you would prefer to have a room away from anyone else.

Seizures can be very loud. Also, agonal breathing ("death rattle") can be loud & frightening to others. Vomiting is also very loud.
I'm not saying that's going to happen but there's a decent chance of it.
