I agree, rope is good for tightening and cutting off blood flow if you're doing the hanging right, it's the normal choice for a reason. It works well and you pass out fast. The only thing to consider is survival instinct. If you can overcome it, then it's an easy and fast method when done right. There are a lot of threads with more information on the timing and stuff
