If that is the only method you can use then I'd recommend a higher height, approximately 10 floors or above in height.
Be aware in the slim chance that you do survive you will be a vegetable.
Every method can leave you one lol

I'd go with at least 10 stories while also jumping head firstTakes a lot to overcome your SI. I stood on the ledge twice but just could not throw myself off.
It was a constant tug of war with my SI.
You must be really SUPER committed to jump.
And check your surroundings before jumping. Don't land on a car, grass, tree, person, kid, ect...
