How does it feel when you skip a dose or skip for a few months or days?

Or any thing you use to self medicate

when i dont take my meds i basically just end up psychotic if its like, long term
if i skip a few days i can feel a difference, im more upset and anxious and on edge, keep feeling like i need to ctb ASAP for no reason, i feel like im being held at gun point at all times, then i realize i havent taken my meds in a week bc i forgot
