I'm not sure my anchor knot is going to be sturdy enough to hold me. Is there a good way I can test this?

What I've seen people suggest is to tie a rope to your anchor point and a noose/slipknot on the end just like you would when you actually attempt CTB. Then, "stand" or put your foot in the loop and take your other foot off the ground so all of your weight is on the rope (and thus, the anchor point). Once you've done this, "jump" on the rope a few times to further test it's weight-bearing capacity.
