I'm sory if this was serious btw If you want to know how to feel sad I can recommend a song that tore me 2 shreds the first time I herd it I would recommend not listening to it multiple times a week tho otherwise it will ruin it effect

I think it takes a certain amount of anger, a willingness to say FUCK YOU! Im not doing this, take your fucking society and shove it up your ass, your society is meaningless and has no value to me, you've taken every thing away that could have possibly held any meaning. Thats why the authorities make it illegal, its a slap in there face, and they no longer have any control over you.
