How do I reply to multiple people, on the same thread, without it all being bunched together in one post?

On the phone I keep clicking on Reply, then press Enter at the end of each quote.
I want to reply to each person separately. I don't know if that's even possible. I don't like how if you are replying to multiple people it's all in one post and not separated. I think if you wait a certain mount of time the replay will be separate. Does doing what you suggested, separate the replys?
