  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Do you mean tension headaches? Find a skilled masseur/masseuse.

Can a person have a headache 24/7? Tylenol doesn't help

Ok, but if you haven't tried a neurologist and/or a good neck massage it may be exactly what your head needs.

Edible weed helped it for a few days once.

It's your head. No one can take it to a neurologist and/or massage therapist for you. But why not give one or the other a try?

Have you tried a cervical pillow?

It's worth a try maybe? It's a small investment but might help with sleep at the very least. Good sleep might help mitigate the ptsd? I don't know. Just offering another suggestion.

Good Luck.

Yes, I have had severe head pain that lasts days/weeks. I also have severe PTSD, anxiety, insomnia..etc, ad nauseum.

There are some medications that may help with this. If you decide to try this route, please make sure to go to a highly recommended neurologist (there are new meds out that can really help with migraines) and/or a psychiatrist. One way to do find a good psychiatrist is to ask a good therapist who they would go to if they needed help.

Sometimes I try hypnosis or guided meditation on youtube.

I am sorry you understand this kind of pain, it is excruciating.

On edit: That guided meditation/hypnosis was done at truly desperate times for me. It did help for a bit, but has not been a long-term solution. Everyone is different. I hope you feel better soon!

Head pain/ migraine/ chronic headache is difficult to treat. I've heard that clean oxygen can be a helpful treatment. I've had severe pain conditions myself (after injury) and I went to a "Pain clinic" for 1 year. They focused on tension release by active and cuided meditation and breathing. I was sceptical, but it actually worked after some training. I strongly believe in the importance of breathing correct. Good luck and lots of loveS

If acupuncture treatments are too costly an alternative is an acupuncture mat and pillow for your back and neck. The one I have also came with acupuncture balls and acupuncture rings for my fingers. I won't link you to any because there are so many available on the market but I've found it helpful. It is more affordable and allows privacy as I don't like strangers being that intimate with my body.

Sorry, they're called accupressure mats I think.
