I really need a supply list and where to get these things. I'm really struggling rn I just need help I can't find those hoods and what not.

Nitrogen is considered more reliable nowadays though, it is recommended to use that instead of helium.

Yes, N2 is more abundant and is less likely to contain impurities. Back in the days (maybe over a decade ago) the balloon-time party kits used to contain pure helium but then nowadays they include some other irritant gas, which makes it not 100% pure, thus greatly reducing the effectiveness of He as a method.

I was strongly considering helium. But I have a concern I'd fuck it up cos I don't really get the whole regulator thing. And I DO NOT want to end up with brain damage. And thanks to this site I'm very much leaning towards SN
