It was super easy for me to get anti-emetics but I have no idea how to get Benzos since I'm pretty sure going to a regular psychiatric clinic and asking for it won't instantly get me a ton of Benzos

i got it for my anxiety and sleeping problems, it was the third type of anxiety med we tried though so it wasn't immediate

treatment resistant anxiety and having done med roulette for most of my life. even then, it's an extremely small dose. you're going to have to be willing to try other meds first before they even consider benzos.
