Im considering eating my entire 2 months supply of multi vitamins and i cant tell if it would be lethal or just genuinely create a new hell for me

OD eating vitamins isn't going to do a thing to you.
Some vitamins are metabolized in the liver but aren't really very liver-toxic.

I can guarantee you this plan won't work. It's really unfortunate that we think of the most bizarre ways to end our suffering 
Seems like you'll wake up healthier. We want to terminate this life and not extend it lol

Most vitamins are water-soluble, so they do not even cause poisoning, and those that do cause poisoning are not lethal.

As far as how many you need to eat - that depends, most chewables are 2 per day. Gummies 2-3, and old fashioned pills you swallow, one a day.
You don't get any benefit from taking too many vitamins. They pretty much just come out in your urine.
