How bad is the following high school bullying experience?

(I am a male and all the bullies were male as well )

11 and 12(2018-2020) were the worst years of my life.I still have nightmare of those two years

grade 11:---

(I used to go there only once a month due to ragging(aka bullying),so went there only 7-8 days in whole year)

1)name calling

2)psychological torture:--

(bullies Used to watch 18+ videos and show me that(used to get a kick out of seeing my expression)

(taking my picture from behind)

3)pushing me and threatening will ruin your day

4)throwing paper from behind and catcalling

5)not letting me inside the seat,so that i have sit beside a girl

grade 12:----

(I was told to come twice a week due to low attendance)

So i went there twice a week but i used to sit far away due to fear of being bullied,

So,the bullying was not as intense as grade 11.But I still got bullieda few times.

This was the most traumatic and this happened in class 12.

1)I was sitting in the front seat(away from the bully because i was so paranoid).The bully came 4-5 seats from behind and threw garbage over me.

It was very traumatic

I never complained.I was trying to tough it out

I was also bullied at a similar age range but it was also physical (i got kicked pretty hard at my leg when i was sitting down but the mocking was way worse and took every little bit of self esteem i had from me) i endured it for a while and became suicidal and stood at the train tracks after school a lot with the thought of laying my neck on the tracks but then one day i had an explosion of anger and fought back by throwing a desk (those small one seat things) at the guy. I had to change schools then and things got a little bit better.

3. I never finished school normally but through secondary education
4. I think yours was worse. Thinking about my bully from an adult viewpoint he might just wanted to be friends with me while yours is just plain evil.

I had to change because i hurt him once. All his attacks didn't count apparently.

The combination. All i had to deal with was the ostracizing and a couple of pushes or kicks. You are much stronger than i was back then.

I knew some kids at my school already had girlfriends and sex when they were only 14 or 15 while i remain a virgin until this day.

Social media worsened bullying to my belief. It's evolved as technology has and a lot of people don't realize it and media and academia straight up ignore it. The worst part is when they have money or a resource that helps the institution and bullying gets put through quietly.
A lot of people who were bullied end up either becoming bullies later(as in succeeding very much) or have their capacity stunted. The only way to get reparations is with absolute proof or evidence of bullying and it's not really even considered most of the time. "Boys will be boys", a lot of people say, but it sucks that it's sometimes a get out of jail card since bullies rarely end up feeling remorse.

I always thank god i was done with school before social media became a thing.

A lot of people who were bullied end up either becoming bullies later(as in succeeding very much) or have their capacity stunted.

I'm the latter one. I am stunted emotionally and socially. I often read about how "normal" people feel eyes on them, i never noticed that. My bully was just a dumb kid but he cursed me for life. It got a bit better once my brain was done growing. I am 43 soon and what little confidence i now posses took me the last 10-15 years to build. I am still a weirdo and probably make weird faces or do something else that weirds people out. I studied from home and got a bunch of relevant certificates but nobody wants to hire me even though i regularly get invited to interviews.

The only way to get reparations is with absolute proof or evidence of bullying and it's not really even considered most of the time. "Boys will be boys", a lot of people say, but it sucks that it's sometimes a get out of jail card since bullies rarely end up feeling remorse.

I hate that "boys will be boys" bullshit so damn much. I never attacked someone first or did "boy stuff" like the other boys. I felt like an alien on this planet for most of my life before i found online communities like this wonderful website. I sometimes wonder if i would confront my bully now that he has a family and a successful company. Would he feel sorry for ruining my life? I want to believe he would because he isn't a stupid little kid anymore but who knows maybe someday i walk into his company and talk to him about it.

hey,i was bullied very badly in school.But I have never bullied or hurt anyone in my life.
Causing anyone pain who has done me no harm causes me pain.I am programmed that way

I was bullied for 4 years in elementary school also a bit in middle school.

But not like that I'm so sorry that happened to you. That sound like full on abuse.

Mine? Umm just name calling i think just 4. I guess the dude threw my back back down the stairs once. I guess also came down to my situation at home to from my mother was very invalidating too amd sometimes violent.

That's the worst IMHO since home should be a place of security and parents should offer safety.
