Is there anyway I could hit my head that would end up killing me… I have no guns I have no drugs I have no access to N .....Not looking for attention I just want to end this suffering....I have no rope… I put shoelaces around my neck but I don't think I could hang myself… I've grabbed a knife a few times but I just can't stand myself… I'm so desperate I know that none of you can really help me…
