help with attempt

ive been on strong antipsychotics since i was around 12, and they havent done much. i have failed my attempts 3 times now because i get too in my head after i do something and end up telling someone. i need an easy way out. i cant get my hands on most drugs except for my prescribed meds and i dont have a high enough dosage to overdose on. does anyone have any ideas, i need something quick, everything is actually going so fucking downhill

I understand as all I want is to peacefully cease existing and never suffer in this torturous, painful existence ever again, more than anything I really wish there are painless, quick methods so finally I can be at peace from this dreadful existence that just causes suffering, I always suffer so much from how I cannot just access such, I hope you find the freedom you search for.
