Help Help to find good place around Pune, India to CTB by using SN/Nitrogen gas or else both?

I got my SN with 97% purity and still waiting for Nitrogen Cylinder, regulator and mask are yet to arrive.
Someone if any Idea place to CTB, suggest me good place where can not be find by anyone and not much risky and peaceful as I am living in Pune, India.
Suggest me the best places around.

I am thinking to get OYO, but it may not be a good idea and it may be difficult to carry N cylinder.
