Help, struggling to access forum

This message keeps coming up, saying I'm being rate limited and can't access the forum. I thought it was just cause I'd spent too long on the forum in one go/clicked on too many links and Cloudflare didn't like that, but then it happened again when I'd only been on for a few mins. I have no malicious intent, check my post history! I just want to be able to look at the forum, really I'm worried I'm going to be stopped from accessing it…
is there a mod I can contact about this?
