You can check Stan's guide, i'm sure it has information about it. Getting an antiemetic, antacid etc. depends on the country you live in, some countries just have it otc and in some others you need a prescription.

In some countries you can only buy SN as part of salt. You can get antiemetics if you say that you have a bad migraine with nausea. It is all explained in this following article: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/stans-guide-to-sn.27535/
