I want to put together a method to have on hand to use at any time, but the problem is I think I'm half retarded and don't have the mental capacity to do this. My feeling of retardation is one of the reasons for me wanting to ctb. I don't want to live in a mentally handicapped state my life. Please help me with this.

I can't give you advice about methods. How urgent is this for you? I hope at you'll feel more free to give life another go, and I say that because some people do, once they've found a way out.
