Happy st patty's day! I'm making my first meal in a slow cooker I hope it goes well.Although it's a day off work over here in Ireland, it's generally not as big as a deal as it is in the States.

The closest activity I'll be doing to celebrating St. Patrick's Day would be trying out my recipe for lemon rosemary pistachio cream sauce served with whole spelt mini mafaldine pasta and a side of steamed broccoli. Maybe I'll curl up with a book or two on Irish folklore.
