Hang from a tree

I have two opportunities to ctb this week. Tomorrow night, but the tree I will hang from is by a fence where the dogs will bark to alert people and everyone's home from school and work then.
Or..Thursday afternoon. The dogs will bark but less people are home.
This is my only thing to hang from. Partial doesn't work for me.
If more people are home maybe people would be distracted and that too means the more ears to hear.
The owner of the dogs is home all day so I dunno.
I just want to complete.
Any suggestions?

Is there any other non public place for you to do this, doing it out in the open will most likely result in being saved. Also the trauma to neighbors who may have children...
