Gotten multiple "Happy Thanksgiving" text messages today

From some people I don't mind it, as I have gotten a few from members here, but when they mention thanksgiving, they are being funny about it.

It's the ones from family and friends that irritate me.

Friend: Happy Thanksgiving! Hope all is well!

What I wanted to say: Yep, the rope is holding up just fine.



Brother: Happy Thanksgiving! Come by for some food!

What I wanted to say: Sure thing, maybe I can choke to death on something.



Mom: Happy Thanksgiving! Love you!

What I wanted to say: Yeah? Well.... Yeah... Ummmmm... Instead I said Love you too....

Friend: Happy Thanksgivi..... Fuck it, just fuck off...

What I said: Thanks, you're a great friend!

So far my Thanksgiving isn't bad still think about having a girlfriend/wife/kids would be nice.

I haven't gotten any. I'm just glad I don't have work today. I can sit home in peace. I can't handle every damn co worker asking me what I'm doing for thanksgiving and having to say "nothing." I just love the looks of pity they give me.
