I've been there and know how hard it is.
I hope that you have options where you live and can make your own decision. Hopefully there's at least one person you're comfortable telling who can support you with whatever you decide.
I'm not trying to influence your decision at all but figured I'd share my experience with you. Thankfully I'm too old to get pregnant now but I did terminate a pregnancy when I was 19. I'm not saying it was easy but I knew it was what I had to do and I have never regretted making that decision. I personally am thankful every day that I don't have kids but I of course know other people who love being parents and consider their children their greatest gifts.
