I did not mean for it to seem that way when I asked, maybe I need to get better at wording things. I just find older user very interesting and I want to be active like they are but I don't have original thoughts and this has begun to feel mundane to me. I don't know what some of the words or slang means or if they are reference to something else. Irony and Sarcasm fly over my head often. I am sorry if I said something is bad. I do not know .

Nah you're all good, I'm sorry if I was abrasive, wasn't meaning to hurt ya. The whole post was just a dumb joke, so don't worry. If you want an honest answer, I've stuck around so long at first because imo the site's quality used to be slightly better in regards to discussions and user engagement, but given the topic, it's of course always going to get pretty repetitive.

As to why I'm still here now, it's more like an old friend I know isn't the greatest for me, but I can't quite let go of, since I've been hanging around so long, longer than I've even had an account. Originally it was pure fascination, but I joined after becoming genuinely suicidal and wanted methods. Ended up sticking around, then lots of people I've met here had a profound impact on my life, and I guess since that's my association I still check up to see what's happening every so often. I meant that as I don't use the site much except to vent occasionally on my profile, so it's probably why. Once in a blue moon do I actually go into the forum, because there's nothing much of interest for me anymore.
