apparently people are not happy about this site, they want to get rid of section 230 over it. Guess what it isn't going to get rid of people who want to kill themselves, your kid would die by suicide regardless of this site's existence. Don't shoot the messenger.

This pisses me off so badly, but it's really not worth being angry about. These people do not care about suicidal people, they only care to uphold their perspective on how being alive is inherently a good thing and that anyone who considers suicide is mentally unfit. They don't care that we suffer and they don't care about our quality of life, all they care about is patting themselves on the back and circle-jerking to hurting vulnerable people in the guise of being "morally right".

This forum's resources help people who will commit suicide make informed decisions about their method and their passing. Although I don't have any data to support my point, I am certain that this forum has helped people CTB in a more peaceful manner and with less risk of failure.
