Method Getting desperate

Should I try partial hanging? It's one of the only methods I feel like could be achievable for me. How many people have succeeded with partial? I just want to die. I've never felt so suicidal before and it feels like it worsens day by day.

I always failed hanging because our primary instict is to live and I couldnt help but move my hands to sabe myself, so whatever you do, inmobilizes your hands
