What would be the best rope for full suspension and how thick should it be? My weight is somewhat around 132 pounds/ 60 kg.

Most type of rope should be sufficient to do that. 60 kg is basicly nothing. Im planing currently the same. im 120 kg. that's a bit more tricky. You dont want too thick rope because it cant put enough pressure on the artery and you just strangle yourself to death. i will use cotton rope (10 mm) according to the website i ordered it from it can support 525 kg. it should hold. ofc i will do some testing. i also ordered sisal rope (12 mm) it should hold 900+ kg according to the site. Take care and always do testing before you do anything. There are guides deep in the forum you should check them out. Be safe and good luck.

There are many guides including those of Evelyn Lane who said that 12mm polyester rope is the best. If you think you are slim, you could use 10mm
