Method full suspension hanging

I think you have good info regarding the full suspension hanging. Do you think this guy compressed his airway instead of two carotids ? It seems he lost consciousness for about 12 to 15 seconds. It seems only one carotid was compressed and not all the four different types of phases in suicidal hanging were not observed. What do you think ? Thanks

In the below case, the person tried to reach for the rope voluntarily , or ? He initially lost consciousness, but at 2.15, something unusual happened. His know placement might have caused this ?

When the rope (and knot) are placed toward the front, all 4 arteries may not be blocked.
The same for household items simply tied around the neck.
You really need a rope and tightening slip knot to close all 4 arteries.
None of those "strangling"comments are ever needed. Do it correctly and slip away quickly. Do it incorrectly and you are likely to have a longer and less enjoyable experience.
You will die either way, eventually. Why risk taking the long road?
