Would it be possible to FSH from a ceiling air vent. It's similar to the one in this picture. It has 12 bars that go across and could distribute the weight across all of them.

While there are many bars, the lid seems to be fixed only by two small screws. I suppose those could fail under heavy weight?

This is too fragile to support a human weight for FSH. Do some tests with something as heavy as you before any try. If you end at the hospital because of injuries, your situation will be worse. Take care
