Hello, id like to ask if i risk paralysis with fsh with short line? i mean without big drop. I have good conditions to try it, the rope is easy to cut by knife if something went wrong, but its strong at the same time.

I'm not sure what you mean by "short line". However, with full suspension, if your rope and anchor point doesn't break and you remain hanged for at least 30 minutes, the chance of survival is close to zero. These are some of the most important things. Your setup must not break, and you must not be found ahead of time. This is how you avoid the risk.

FSH is not something you should "try". You should either commit to it and do it properly or don't try it at all. (This is true for any method btw, imo.) You can try passing out, though. However, if you do that, don't fix your rope to the anchor point. Instead, just hold the other end in your hand. By doing that, you'll release the rope automatically when you pass out. You can try it like that and then decide whether you want to do it for real.

As i said, by short line i mean small drop, the whole line is about two metres but the drop part maybe 10-15 cm. How should i try to pass out? i mean how to do it

You don't need a drop. What you need is enough pressure on your neck. There is no benefit of having a drop – it would just make it more painful.

You can simply lower yourself until there is some tension in the rope, then kick your support over. This is the best way of doing it in my opinion. Once you're fully hanging, there will be enough force to restrict blood flow, and it's nearly certain that you'll pass out quickly. Don't flex your neck muscles, because that makes it harder to pass out. Also, try to position the noose at the top of your neck, above the Adam's apple, below the jawline. The knot should be behind your neck, at the center.

So without drop there are not much chances of getting paralised or something? like messing something with spinal cord. i also consider doing sn, i even have it, because its not hard to get where i live completely legally. what i do not have is meto, theoretically i could try to get it from online prescription site, but i hate lying and feel bad about it and i dont want to be perceived suspiciously. but i even have diagnosis of chronic migraines on paper (even though in fact i have tension headaches :) ) so maybe it would be quite reliable. i also have acces to alprazolam right now (but if i had to probably it would be quite easy to get diazepam). If I decide to go, i would like my method to be as much reliable and painless as possible

Oh, I see what you meant! I thought you were worried about permanent brain damage, because that's what most people are scared of. Sorry, my mistake.

If you're worried about paralysis, as in getting paralysed by breaking your neck, that's almost impossible to happen. There would have to be a significant amount of drop to break your neck. Neck spine fractures are extremely rare in suspension hanging suicides.

From what I see, using prescription antiemetics is essential. It's mentioned in every guide, including the PPH Handbook. Also, if you search on the forum, most people who try it without antiemetics fail. I definitely wouldn't try using SN on its own.

If I decide to go, i would like my method to be as much reliable and painless as possible

Regarding pain, SN looks peaceful. (I disagree, but this is the general opinion.) Apart from looks, I have no idea how it feels in reality. I mean, it isn't my method of choice, so I haven't researched it much. Hanging may look gruesome, but you lose consciousness quickly. It might be painful in the first few seconds, but it's definitely quick. The level of pain depends on your pain tolerance. Some people say it isn't painful, and some say it's quite painful.

In terms of reliability, FSH is as reliable as it gets as long as you can ensure that your anchor point and rope don't break under your weight. It's also critically important that no one finds you for at least about 30 minutes (the longer the better). If you don't have the skills to create a good setup, other methods might be a better choice.
