I'm not sure how to describe what I'm considering and I'm hoping someone can give me the right search terms.
Currently I am looking at FSH after a failed (rescued) PSH in January. What I would be hanging from would be below me, if that makes sense. Think like a bridge and you tie the rope to a metal point closer to where your feet are and then go over the railing to hang.
What would this be called so I can research it? Any ideas? Does anything change in this scenario (knots, type of material recommended etc)?
