Help Fluid intake / SN

I'm just about to start my 12 hour fast before SN in the morning.
When do I need to stop drinking normal drinks and go onto sips of water please?

Hmmm......how does 4 hours before sound? Then I recommend not drinking anything until you dose your SN. I plan on abstaining from water and food 48 hours before I take my SN. Not because of the guide, but I believe I am more connected to Home (Heaven) when I stop taking earthly pleasures. I'm hoping that this will provide me with clarity and a calm mind before I take my Nitrite.
