I thought up a method which could be viable. I thought of fasting for a certain amount of time (7 days) and then drinking as much alcohol as I can. The idea is that the effectiveness of the alcohol would increase dramatically and as such I would need a lot less alcohol and also the taste wouldn't be as much of a problem. The consequences of failing would be liver damage (overwhelmed liver, already busy with ketosis) and/or brain damage (extremely low blood sugar levels). Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I would not recommend this. This would be a painful death, and your body would get rid of (some) alcohol even if you blacked out. Like you said if you fail, you'll be dealing with potentially permanent liver problems. I can't stop you, but I wouldn't do it. You also never know what you'll do when you blackout too, which can cause other issues. Coming from an alcoholic.

How much alcohol% in the bloodstream would you actually need for permanent live damage anyways? Needing a lot to do it would be a money sink and a low chance of success like you said.

Thank you for your response. I was thinking of taking antiemetics before the fact to stop any vomiting. I also don't have a gag reflex.

Are you sure it would be painful? I'm pretty certain that I would go unconscious very very fast, since the fasting would increase the absorption rate

Let me put it this way. I'm 33 and have been to the hospital 6 times for acute pancreatitis (and the drugs feel amazing). Alcohol will not kill you. You'll throw up.
