Ok, so i've been noticing some rather extreme changes in mood lately. I can be doing something, maybe watching a movie and even laughing and in a couple of seconds my mood can change immediately to self doubt, pity, anger and a extreme need to CTB.

I was watching a comedy show and seconds later my brain switched to me going straight to my cupboard and almost doing partial hanging to try and kill myself. I'm wondering if this might be bipolar BUT it has started recently. Maybe there is some severe imbalance in my brain, i'm not sure. The extreme switch between happy and angry is starting to worry me. I have never been like this.

Anyone suffer from extreme mood swings?

Please go see of a professional if you'd be comfortable with that. You don't have to share enough to get sectioned. If there's a way out if the emotional hell of moodswings I hope you find it...
