What will happen, if I'll ingest expired sodium nitrite(oxygenated to nitrate). What medicines will be needed? Sorbents?

The expiration date doesn't matter.

Test your SN, if it's still pure enough it's fine to use. That's what I would do.

Sodium nitrate is a highly stable compound. It doesn't "expire" in the way that some people believe. It can be degraded by environmental factors over time, especially if it was not stored properly. If it is still high in purity that is all that matters.

99%. Pure grade.
Which grade?. There are several grades such as analytical grade (AR/ACS), technical grade, industrial grade. Food grade, lab grade... etc.

How long has the expiration date been?
