Help Email help?

Hi, I need some advice about what to say in an email to my building manager. Basically, I live alone and so when I ctb, no one will find me unless I say something. What is the least traumatic email that I can send that tells them that I've ctb and that they need to call an ambulance? I don't want to screw anyone else up but it'll be worse if they find me after a few weeks, thanks guys

I'm just gonna let my body sit there til someone complains about the corpse smell or my family requests a wellness check. Fuck 'em.
