yes it can be used as a substitution to Amitryptiline. I would go 7gr the least, need many hours not to be foundIt can be used instead of Amitriptyline in the cocktail (cardiotoxic as well) as far as I know, but it should still be combined with benzos and possibly cimetidine or it could be an extremely horrible experience...
