That looks very low to get anything beyond fractures. Then again, being in San Diego means Tijuana is close and going there is basically a death sentence.

This parking structure is like 10 stories. There's loads just like it down there. I've peered over the edge several times and gotten nervous. Like I said, I wish I could do it but not enough drugs in my system plus, I hate the thought of landing on concrete. Water is much preferred

It was just the floor I stopped on to park. This was about the 4th floor (bout 100 feet or 31 meters) of around 10. Theoretically, you could park higher up, start drinking and drugging yourself up, wander over to the edge and leap yourself to freedom
