I think i've fond a place to buy a sn but im uncertain about wich one i shall buy since there is one saying 500g and other 1kg. There is a minimal difference on the price by both so my only concern is wich i shall take in consideration. I would kindly give more information about on pm if you can help me, appreciated!!!

It depends on whether the SN in question is intended as a food preservative (E250). SN for industrial purposes can also be suitable, provided it has a purity of no less than 95%. SN (E250), being used in the food industry, must comply with specific purity standards, which means it must have a minimum purity of 97%; otherwise, it cannot be sold as such.

Yes i fond a particular place where is sold as a chemical purpose and not as a simple food preservative. It intends to said 97% on both products but with the difference on 500g and 1kg. I'm not gonna wait any longer and gonna buy the 1kg. It was a stupid question and sorry to take your time on that!
