I have absolutely no idea. There are no anchors either in my room or at work. I considered a tree but i dont know how to climb it for full suspension.

I also considered this. Anchoring it at the door knob and span the rope to the opposite site. But my concern is that the rope will slip to the right/left and fell off the door and me with it

Use 6mm rope or under and you can close the door fully. Use hitch knot on handle will be secure

Wouldn't the rope still slip to the left or right during convulsion?
Doubt it, it'll be dead tight to the door and hardly moves from my experience, especially when the doors shut.

It's so cruel to me how it's so difficult to be free from this existence, I wish there's the option to simply cease existing in peace and never suffer ever again. But anyway I wish you the best, I hope you find peace.
