Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Yes your organs are deprived of oxygen. It's a chemical asphyxiant, where as hanging is a mechanical asphyxiant.

However, I would like to know if one looses consciousness prior to the suffocating feeling?

No way, never heard of anyone suffocating whilst still conscious (if that's what you meant). No mention of such an event occurring in the PPH either.

I could breathe just fine when I took SN, but I took a low dosage and I didn't even lose consciousness, so it might be different when taking the 25g

SN causes this:

Symptoms start a few seconds - minutes after ingestion. You might take 10-40 minutes to pass out depending.

If I had to guess, some who CTB with SN may lose consciousness before experiencing any feeling of suffocation, but probably not all.

Chemi's report describes various symptoms including shortness of breath. If your method is SN and you haven't read her report, you probably should, here…

If I understand right it's like co2 poisoning, the thing in your brain that triggers alarm and gives you the choking feeling is disabled.
