Why do you not want to go the medical route? Do you lack insurance? If you don't, securing a diagnosis is usually far easier than getting a connect unless you already know someone. I had an MD prescribe it just based on self-reported symptoms.
I first pursued diagnosis with an NP, which did not go well. She insisted that I get expensive testing out of pocket to get them. She wouldn't even reinstate my longstanding trazodone Rx for insomnia without a sleep study. It was pretty wild.
A shitty substitute I used to get me by was Sudafed. You have to sign for it at the pharmacy and it has more side effects, but it was better than nothing for me.Last edited:Upvote 0

Generic. I don't think it makes a difference. I just bought the pseudoephedrine. Sudafed did nothing special.Upvote 0
